only a few minutes walk away from the Javea beaches and the inviting Mediterranean sea. The duplex apartment is set on two levels with three terraces - two with sea views and the third with views overlooking the shared private pool, landscaped gardens and the distant Montgo mountain.

The spacious apartment is situated over 2 floors consisting of entrance area leading to a fully equipped lounge(UK cable TV,DVD,Video and music system) with patio doors leading to the covered front terrace with Al fresco dining plus awnings when shade is needed.From the entrance area a door leads to the fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, from which there is a utility area with washing machine and sink. From the lounge a spiral staircase leads to the large main double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom complete with fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space.There is an additional fold out single bed in this room.
On either side of the room are patio doors leading to outside open terraces which are private and sundrenched all day.One has views of the sea,the other overlooks the gardens and pools and has views of Mount Montgo.
